  • Victoria University of Wellington: Schools of Biological Sciences and Chemical and Physical Sciences. Teaching and research laboratories, along with support facilities.
  • Massey University, Riddet and AgHort: rationalisation of various teaching and research laboratories into a new complex of both new and refurbished buildings.
  • Massey University, Ecology:  teaching and research laboratories, along with support facilities.
  • Aotea Pathology: renovation of pathology and medical laboratories, including support facilities.
  • ESR Christchurch: Rationalisation of existing facilities, plus the addition of a new forensics laboratory and administration areas.
  • ESR Kenepuru: campus redevelopment and new laboratory facilities. Toxicology, Blood Alcohol, Drug Testing, Meningococcal vaccine laboratories. Forensic sciences laboratories, Reception, Seminar and Support facilities, Dangerous Goods stores.
  • AgriQuality New Zealand Ltd, Gracefield: new 1800m² facility including Ultra Trace, Trace Organics, Veterinary Medicine & Pesticide Residues, Dangerous Goods, Sample Login and Admin Offices.
