WELCOMING THE NEXT GENERATION OF LEADERS
Lab-works Architecture takes great pride in recognising the success and professional development of our hardworking team. We are delighted to announce the recent promotions and changes to our senior management team with Mark Holmes and Melissa Edwards becoming Principals and Lien Bui becoming an Associate.
Since Lab-works Architecture was established in 2001, our founding directors Ron Pynenburg & Ken Collins, along with our Principals Joanne Kelly and Jody Seabright, have grown the practice’s portfolio, collaborative relationships and team.
We now have a team of 30 architects, technicians, graduates and support staff, so broadening our leadership structure has been the next step to support our growing team.
As with any endeavour, confident leadership is a key component to our success, which is why we’re so thrilled to be welcoming Melissa, Mark and Lien to their new positions. Each brings with them a wealth of experience, both professional and lived, and we know they will be invaluable additions to our close-knit leadership team.
Mark Holmes and Melissa Edwards are our new Principals, having been Associates since 2016. Both have considerable experience working with large project teams and overseeing all stages of the design process. They contribute creative and technical excellence, strong leadership skills, and provide the highest standard of client service.
Senior designer, Lien Bui, has become our new Associate. She brings a collaborative approach to projects, with a particular devotion for working with younger team members, nurturing their interests, and helping develop their skills.
Our future vision for Lab-works Architecture is to continue creating brilliant architecture that fundamentally enhances the way science is done, and we believe these exceptional people will be pivotal in helping us achieve this. They uphold our core company values and will lead our team and their projects in an honest, creative and respectful way, ensuring consistent delivery of brilliant design every step of the way.
